Madison’s Oakley, CA project features a 548 sq ft Starbucks two Module Drive Thru Building with a fully equipped kitchen/sales area, back room and rest room with energy compliant structural steel framed walls, roof and floor with light weight concrete over steel floor decking. All electrical, plumbing and HVAC roughed in, plumbed and tested at our California facility. The exterior features reclaimed wood planks, enamel painted exposed structural steel, parapet equipment screens with louver panels, ready access security windows and a fully adhered EPDM roofing system.
