Modular Building – Starbucks
Madison’s Phoenix, AZ project features a Starbucks one Module Building 270 sq ft with a fully equipped kitchen, sales area, electrical room and utility room with energy compliant structural steel framed walls, roof and a concrete floor. All electrical, plumbing and HVAC roughed in, plumbed and tested at our California facility. The exterior features Reclaimed Wood Planks with a rain screen system, dark bronze aluminum store front system with a eyebrow overhang. This project like most of our Kiosks and Booths was Turnkey ready upon delivery.
