Modular MRI Building – City of Hope – Duarte, Ca

Madison’s Duarte, CA project for Advanced Medical Space features a 9,835 sq ft  13 Module Imaging Center with a 34ft x 36ft Entrance Canopy. The floor plan consist of two MRI exam rooms, two CT rooms, four uptake rooms, two ultra sound rooms, five changing rooms, four reading rooms, eight rest room facilities, three waiting areas, two control rooms, three equipment rooms, a reception room and lounge all with energy compliant structural steel walls, roof and floor with light weight concrete over steel floor decking. All electrical, plumbing and HVAC roughed in, plumbed and tested at our California facility. The exterior features a sand pebble Dryvit EIFS system for continuous insulation and an EPDM roofing system.
