Madison’s Riverside, CA project for UC Riverside features a 1,760 sq ft two Module MRI Building. The floor plan consist of one MRI scan room, control room, equipment room, interview room, waiting room, rest room / changing room, work room and electrical room all with energy compliant structural steel walls, roof and floor with light weight concrete over steel floor decking. All electrical, plumbing and HVAC roughed in, plumbed and tested at our California facility. The exterior features a sand pebble dryvit EIFS system for continuous insulation and a sustainable EPDM roofing system.
