Madison’s Plainfield, IL project features a Wash-U Car Wash two Module Building 1,296 sq ft and a Tilt Wall Wash Tunnel 3,275 sq ft. The floor plan consist of an equipment room, managers office, rest room, customer service area and viewing area all with energy compliant structural steel walls, roof and floor with light weight concrete over steel floor decking. All electrical, plumbing and HVAC was roughed in, plumbed and tested at our Georgia facility. The exterior features two towers for the entrance and exit, parapets, a random staggered pattern Nichiha panel system, ACM Cladding for the pilasters and cornice and an open truss Awning system. This project like all of our Modular & Prefab Construction buildings offer cost savings, quicker construction times and customization. Designed Engineered, fabricated, delivered and erected by Madison Industries.
