Architectural Elements – Aloft Hotels
Madison has several projects across the United States for Aloft Hotels featuring a Roof Top Swoof Element and a Porte Cochere. The Swoof features a 20 gauge prefinished white smooth rolled deck system with shop installed speed stripe decals. It also has ACM Cladding for wall and fascia panels with galvanized sheet metal flashing for drainage from swoof to roof. The Porte Cochere features a 22 gauge type “B” deck roof and a white “Sarnafil” decorative roof membrane system with ACM Cladding for the fascia and a Hunter Douglas Soffit system. Both structures are considered Architectural Elements which can promote brand identity, aesthetics and still be very functional. Designed, engineered, fabricated, delivered and erected by Madison Industries.
