Madison’s Conyers, GA project features a RaceTrac nine Module, three Tower 6,042 sq ft Convenience Store and a 40ft x 219ft Step Down Fuel Canopy. The building floor plan consist of a sales floor area, two walk-in beverage coolers, beer vault, walk-in freezer, brew bar, pour bar, yogurt vending wall, receiving/dry goods area, men’s & women’s rest rooms all with energy compliant structural steel framed walls, roof and concrete floor. All electrical and plumbing was roughed in, plumbed and tested at our Georgia facility. Interior finishes include drywall, taped & finished, stacked stone columns, wood veneer metal panels, wall tile for the restrooms, veranda & yacht club tile for the salesfloor & rest rooms and sahara tile for the work areas. The exterior features old guignard brick, dry stacked cultured stone, tuscan lintel for the sill, Parapet coping with a stucco EIFS finish, dark bronze ACM Cladding and sash/storefront system, two 31ft x 31ft Towers with a dark bronze metal roofing system and a sustainable EPDM roofing system for the rest of the Modular Building. Engineered, fabricated, delivered and erected by Madison Industries.
