Madison’s Fayetteville, GA project features a RaceTrac Five Module 5,375 sq ft Convenience Store and a 30ft x 165ft Fuel Canopy. The building floor plan consist of a sales floor area, walk-in beverage cooler, walk-in freezer, food area, receiving/dry goods area, men’s & women’s rest rooms all with energy compliant structural steel framed walls, roof and concrete floor. All electrical and plumbing was roughed in, plumbed and tested at our Georgia facility. Interior finishes include drywall, taped & finished, wall tile for the food areas & restrooms, quarry & porcelain tile for the salesfloor, work areas and rest rooms. The exterior features laredo brick, wet stacked ledgestone, tuscan lintel for the sill, parapet coping with an EIFS finish, dark bronze sash/storefront system and a sustainable EPDM roofing system. Engineered, fabricated, delivered and erected by Madison Industries.
