Zips Car Wash
Madison’s Celina, TX project features a Zips Car Wash Four Module 5,760 sq ft Building with Equipment Room, Office, Server Room, Break Room, Two Rest Rooms, Waiting Room and a Conference Room with energy compliant structural steel framed walls, roof and a concrete floor. All electrical and plumbing was roughed in and tested at our Georgia facility. The exterior features a thin brick veneer with stacked stone, clear anodized storefront system and a tilt wall/parapet wall car wash tunnel. This project like all of our Modular & Prefab Construction buildings offers cost savings, quicker construction times and customization. Designed, engineered, fabricated, delivered and erected by Madison Industries.
