This Fiesta Carwash was built using Tilt-Wall technology, and installed within a week of being shipped.
The entire building is assembled in a Madison Industries factory. This streamlines the building process, and creates a controlled environment for assembly.
The building is then disassembled.
Each piece is loaded onto a truck and prepared for shipping. Our trucks are capable, but not limited to accomodating pieces as long as 60ft.
Upon arriving on the jobsite, each piece is carefully removed from the truck with a crane.
The pieces are then maneuvered into position by the crane operator and field crews.
All structural components of the building are completed.
All appropriate signage is installed as well as windows, and brick veneer.
Facia panels are installed and the building is deemed complete.
