Madison built the carwash tunnel building for the Green Forest car wash in Hawthorne, CA. The car wash was built with a rainforest themed interior and has several different features depicting rainforest animals and nature on the inside of the tunnel.
This carwash for Shell included an attached modular building that contains restooms and storage. The modular building was factory built, shipped as a complete unit, and simply set in place adjacent to the carwash.
